About Carbon Wave
The Carbon Wave Patch is an 8″x4″ hydrogel patch embedded with carbon black. Activated by a Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser, the carbon is highly absorbed by the laser’s energy, creating an intense Acoustic Wave of energy once pulsed by the laser.
Cellulite dimpling occurs when fibrotic septa, or bands of connective tissue, form beneath the skin. These bands create tension that pull the skin downwards, resulting in the dimpled appearance of cellulite.
